Veteran photographer Bill Ivy is the author of twenty - four books including the award - winning “A Little Wilderness, the Natural History of Toronto.” He has been featured on numerous radio and television programs and interviews. Bill was the still photographer for BBC on Sir David Attenborough’s “Wild Life on One – Backyard Bandits.” An experienced lecturer on natural history and photography, his work has been presented in hundreds of publications worldwide spanning a career of over 40 years. For the past 25 years Bill has been photographing women and children almost exclusively. Much of this work is not available to the general public.
Bill is also the co-founder of The Nursing Moms Project, a pro-breastfeeding initiative directed at new moms to encourage breastfeeding as a healthy and beautiful choice. For more information on this project visit www.nursingmomsproject.com
